Better Truck, Tundra or RMZ-4?
Trucks February 6th, 2010When test driving a Used Toyota Corollia, lets think about the excellence of a Toyota and the resale value of all Used Toyota Camry, it’s not lets say, as good as purchasing a Used Dodge but it does have something to look at over the opposition.
The 2009 Suzuki Equator has been Manufactured with a pretty quick 6 cylinder, not as good as the Toyota Tundra V6, which has great power for all those weekend projects and light duty work pickup job. The more economical 4 cylinder motor is also available in the Equator, receiving a lot better gas mileage than the V6 is one benefit, but if I’m going four wheeling or moving my friends the higher tourque V6 is the choice I’m taking.
Producing an whole bunch of horsepower, 6 cylinder series are up to almost any task, the 2009 Suzuki is equipped with the best suspension and steering control for every job accompanied by a very smooth shifting automatic transmission.
The RMZ-4’s off-road suspension package makes that rough ride act a bit more like a pickup. The four wheel drive series are capable of rough terrain, this truck has a remarkable amount of travel throughout the suspension, along with 10” of road space.
The less expensive base Equator is bare and fitted with fifteen inch steel wheels and bucket seats with a console but not much else, air-conditioning or a sound system is standard. The upgraded model has 16” aluminum rims, a sliding rear window, a tilt steering wheel, remote entry, all power accessories and comfortable cloth interior. Choosing the Sport gets you seventeen inch aluminum wheels, a sprayed-in bed liner and movable tie-down anchors in the bed.
The RMZ-4 provides chrome exterior trim, beefed up axles, an electric locking rear differential, Bilstein shocks, brush plates, sixteen inch16 inch alloy wheels with aggressive tread pattern tires, fog lights, height and lumbar adjustments for the driver seat and metallic interior highlights. The RMZ-4 Sport upgrades are a audio system with a CD player, an auxiliary audio jack, satellite radio prep, and Bluetooth compatibility. Oddly enough, an aftermarket fashion navigation system is optional on all crew cabs but not available on the extended-cab Equators. Bluetooth is an option only on the RMZ-4 crew cab.
